1. Team Pictures:
Seniors Team Pictures are STILL ON for Thursday 5/24!

1) 5:50pm, (Hurricanes) Seniors 6:30 Game
Please review the Team picture location and schedule document (PDF & DOC). We would like for everyone to show up 10 to 15 minutes before your actual scheduled time so the photographer's assistant can organize the girls for their team picture and then their individual pictures w/Bat.
All girls need to attend even if you elect to not purchase a package.
Because we are doing this on a game night it would be extremely helpful that you come prepared with the picture order form filled out and money ready. Additional forms will be available on location just in case.
You will need to pay for your package at the photo shoot by cash, credit card or a check made payable to Paula Hasson.
2. ALLSTAR Information:
Parents and players,
CSLL is preparing for the ALLSTAR selection process. Before our we can come together and discuss the details of the process (tryouts or voting etc.) we would like to know if you and your daughter can commit to the extended timeline. Basically, if your daughter is selected she would be expected to be available for two weeks worth of practices starting Saturday 6/16 and going thru to Thursday 6/28. The ALLSTAR tournament will start on 6/30 and end on 7/7 with games scheduled on both Saturdays and during the night throughout the week.
Players from both the Minor and Majors division will be considered provided they played in 60% of the games they were eligible for. There will be (1) one league age 9 to 10 year old team and (1) one league age 11 to 12 year old team. League age is what age the player was on 12/31/11.
We would also like to field a Senior division team. That process will be a little easier since we only have one Senior team, but we are still looking for the committment so please talk to your manager.
Selection announcement will be made on Friday 6/15 and no earlier.

4. Feedback & Input:
Since opening day the CSLL Board members and other volunteers have been at our fields as well as other fields almost every day cheering on our girls and getting to know the parents and players. We at CSLL are striving to make this season the best one ever and keep everyone informed, but we can't do it without your help. We are always looking for feedback and new ideas, but more importantly if you don't understand something please come talk to us. Remember you can always email us with your questions.

Welcome to CSLL!
Churchland Softball Little League is a fast-pitch softball organization for girls ages 5 to 18 in the Churchland area of Portsmouth, Virginia. Divisions include t-ball, minor, major, senior and big league. Registrations are held for both spring and fall sessions, and are open to all girls in the Churchland area of Portsmouth, Virginia.
